Anyway, I want to complete some stuff before I finish for good.
Firstly, Bodyscapes.
The name bodyscape was first coined when someone lit a body very differently from the usual. The idea was to make the skin look like a desert landscape, where the curves imitated sand dunes. These days the term is widely used but basically the idea is the same, usually no faces involved, but everything else can be.
Great poses for first time nudes, or just someone wanting to say, “hey, this is me”.
Then there is, Bodypaint.
Self explanatery really. Full length paints require mostly naked people, with painted skin, I’m sure you already knew that… Part paints are top half, face, etc.
Please note that a full length paint by hand and brush can take a looooong time, and, depending on the location of the shoot, may have to be worn home, as there are no wash facilities at the location… Part shoots can be mostly handled by wipes and a basin of soapy water, if required.
Now, here’s the tricky one, Art-Erotica.
NO, WAIT, NOT what you think. Mostly stocking tops and straps and curves. Almost entirely anonymous, I’ll try to find some examples to show you, and post them, or point you in the right direction. NOT BLOODY PORN, NOT cheezey glamour either. Some Boudoir, some artsy glamour, some nudity, a lotof nudity, some abstract, lots of undies, you’ll get the idea…
Haven’t done enough Fitness portraits. Haven’t done enough Avant Garde makeup protraits. Lots I haven’t done, come to think of it…
Lastly, Something different.
I also want to do some Abstract Shoots, not the usual faces and poses, bits of a person here and there, lingerie and less, almost totally, (within reason), anonymous. Outdoor shoots where possible, indoors for the more edgey/revealing stuff.

I’ve always had plans for a squillion shoots of various styles etc., but those above are it!!!
No more plans of tying models up or dressing them in leather or latex or whatever, in baths, dangling by their fingers from a castle wall, up to their teeth in mud, nope, JUST what it says up there.

MY MODELS ARE ALWAYS IN CHARGE OF WHAT LEVELS I SHOOT, ( as in what little or how much is on show, I DON’T push my models, HONEST!

Whether a professional model, amateur model, first time model, or just someone who likes the idea of a pic or 50 of yourself shot like the examples I have shown on the rest of the site, PLEASE, just get in touch and it can be arranged.
In my shoots, there are no crowds of helpers or lookers on. For most of my stuff I don’t use makeup artists (except for bodypaint obv.) No hair stylists, no scene or wardrobe stylists. Just a photographer, (me) and a model, (you). I allow chaperones as long as they are aware that they have NO part to play in the shoot. They are there for reassurace and to hold the models hand if needed, NOTHING else.
Oh, and NO boyfriends/girlfriends. They’re a pain. Most of them like to think they own the model, and can direct her from behind my back, yes, that’s a good pose, no that’s not a good pose, sort of thing, (tbh boys are MUCH worse than girls). NO PART in the shoot. I do, however permit, some girlfriends, see above, Mums, NOT DADS!, pals, bestest friends, husbands, (believe it or not), and anyone else the models chooses, but NO boyfriends, and only one or maybe two at the most.
ALSO, there will be NO INTERACTION between me and the model, I am there to direct/suggest the pose, and press the button only. Other than move the odd stray hair or tuft that would otherwise spoil the shot, NO touching!
I am only too willing to provide Model Release Forms, and Guarantees of Anonymity, written by me, and signed by BOTH of us. They guarantee what BOTH of us can and can’t do with the images, and so protect everybody.
